He has an extensive repertoire grounded in classic French cookery while excelling in modern fine dine trends incorporating international cuisines from Bournemouth to Bangkok.
Katy’s career in hospitality spans 28 years, she has worked in various noted establishments across Dorset working her way up the ladder culminating in managing several renowned establishments. She has accumulated many qualifications and continues to do so, with her recent being a degree in Event Management.
